Summary

Kilomate works offline. Vehicles, service records, fuel, expenses, reminders and photos you enter are stored only on your device. We do not operate servers that receive these records, and the app has no account system, analytics, advertising or tracking.

Information stored on your device

Vehicle details, records, reminders, settings and photos you attach are kept in the app's private storage on your device. Android may include this storage in your own device backup according to your phone settings.

Feedback form

If you choose to send feedback from inside the app, the message, the topic, and the optional name and email address you type are sent over HTTPS through the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co) to our support inbox, together with the app version and language. We use this only to reply to you and improve the app. We do not sell or share it.

Files you export

PDF, CSV and backup files are created on your device and only leave it when you choose to save or share them. We never receive a copy.

Permissions

Notifications and boot/wake permissions: to remind you about upcoming services. Internet: only to send feedback you submit. Photos are selected with the system picker; the app does not access your gallery otherwise.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13.

Deleting your data

Use Settings > Erase all data in the app, or uninstall it; this removes all data stored on your device. To delete feedback messages you sent, email [email protected] and we will delete them.

Berkas ekspor

File PDF, CSV, dan cadangan dibuat di perangkat Anda dan hanya keluar bila Anda menyimpan atau membagikannya.

Izin

Notifikasi: untuk pengingat servis. Internet: hanya untuk mengirim masukan. Foto dipilih lewat pemilih sistem.

Menghapus data

Gunakan Pengaturan > Hapus semua data, atau hapus aplikasi. Untuk menghapus pesan masukan yang pernah dikirim, email [email protected].
